- Fully documented KPI frameworks and performance logic
- Clear articulation of optimization decisions and trade-offs
- At least one publishable performance analytics paper for the Awake to Power Journal of Productivity & Innovation (AJPI)
Assessment Method: Portfolio review by an independent Certification Panel
Certification Rule: All criteria must be met. No partial certifications issued.
