Purpose: To validate the learner’s ability to measure, monitor, and analyze organizational performance using imperfect real-world datasets.

Purpose: To confirm industry readiness and award certification based solely on demonstrated performance analytics competence.
Portfolio Requirements:
- Minimum of three real-world performance analytics projects (business or public-sector)
- Fully documented KPI frameworks and performance logic
- Clear articulation of optimization decisions and trade-offs
- At least one publishable performance analytics paper for the Awake to Power Journal of Productivity & Innovation (AJPI)
Assessment Method: Portfolio review by an independent Certification Panel
Certification Rule: All criteria must be met. No partial certifications issued.
